The hotel has real class, with excellent services that

induce a relaxing state of mind. The staff were very attentive, and the food quality exceeded expectations. While the spa was a great feature, I noticed some slowness in bar service during busy hours.

We enjoyed every moment at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing cold towel and a glass of champagne. The staff treated us like family, making sure we felt special throughout our week-long stay. The themed dinner nights were a delightful highlight, with dishes that transported us around the globe, making each meal an extraordinary experience. The attention to detail was remarkable, especially when the waiters remembered our preferences.

The beach was a bit pebbly, and we had to bring our own beach shoes to enjoy the water comfortably. there were a few moments when service at the bar was noticeably slow, which detracted slightly from our otherwise excellent dining experience. Although the room was beautiful, the cleanliness could have been more consistent, as we noticed a few areas that needed a little more attention.

i almost wanted to give a good review, but the coffee situation was just too ridiculous, having to order instead of being readily available in my beautiful room is quite absurd. then the beach towels only being at the spa? ! ? can we think about guests comfort for once? so disappointing, really.

This place suits me perfectly, with amenities like free wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. I still remember when the staff helped me return my forgotten earphones! Highly recommend enjoying the spa services. I'm coming back for a city trip.

The upgrade to the Premium Double Room Limited Sea View added luxurious comfort. Staff attention was remarkable, they anticipated our needs efficiently. The beach offered stunning views along with clear, inviting waters that made relaxation easy.

Had an amazing time for 9 nights in a beautifully renovated room with breathtaking sea views. The food was fantastic, especially the ceviche at Ginger restaurant, which was definitely a highlight during our all-inclusive stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable, whether it was at the pool bar or during our daily aqua fitness sessions. I couldn't have asked for a better getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 11-night stay. The staff provided exemplary service and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade. The dining options were diverse and delicious, with numerous spaces to unwind. For future guests, consider bringing beach towels as they are only available at the spa.

I faced a few disappointments during my stay. I had requested a non-alcoholic option in my room, and unfortunately, champagne was left instead, despite my request for a change. there were issues with the timing of our check-in. we had to wait longer than expected when we had a wedding to prepare for. It's a shame that the hotel couldn't accommodate our early check-in request.
